WHAT TO EXPECT.
The Volt Fitness experience starts the moment you enter the building. Upon checking in, we give you your full body undergarment and lead you to one of your luxury personal change rooms. Once you’re ready our experienced personal trainers prepare you for your session by fastening your EMS suit.
When the suit is fully done up it’s time to get working. Our personal trainers take you through an exercise regimen specifically designed to match your goals and abilities. The EMS training session is designed to work in 4-second intervals with you tensing for 4 seconds, then relaxing for the next 4 seconds. We repeat this tense and relax cycle for 20 minutes and before you know it, you’re done.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
The only thing you need for a Volt Fitness EMS training session is 20 minutes and a workout attitude. We provide everything else you need including: undergarments, towels, water, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. We even offer protein balls as an extra for those who need to fuel up on the run.

BEFORE AND AFTER TRAINING.
Although EMS training takes care of most of the hard work. There are a few things you can do to enhance your results.
Before your session try and get a good night’s sleep so your body is ready to work. Eating smart about 30 minutes before your session gives your body the right fuel to keep you energised. Lastly, make sure you drink water before your EMS training session. You’ll be sweating a lot (no one said it would be easy) and it’s important you stay hydrated.
After your session make sure you stretch. Stretching promotes circulation and the increased blood flow helps heal your muscles quicker. Stretching also helps prevent muscle soreness that can often occur after an intense EMS workout. And of course, make sure you rest and stay hydrated. Your body needs time to recover and it’s a very important part in reaching results.
